OFFICAL LANGUAGES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The European Union has 24 official languages: German, English, Bulgarian, Danish, Croatian, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish and Czech. They are the official languages of communication in the EU institutions.

OBSERVATORY OF EUROEPAN AUDIOVISUAL (OEA)

Created in December 1992, the European Audiovisual Observatory is a public service organization dedicated to a pan-European audiovisual industry including film, television, video and new media. The European Audiovisual Observatory currently has 24 agents. The Center operates within the framework of an enlarged partial agreement (of available resources and operational structures) with the Council of Europe and its mission is to improve transparency in the audiovisual sector through products and services it provides.
